Panasonic gave Expo go’ers a mouth-watering taste of 103 inch big screen Plasma 3DTV during a weekend of movies, gaming and comics at Armageddon Expo 2011, held at Auckland’s ASB Showgrounds in Greenlane. The four-day event gave people the chance to meet some of their favourite Sci-fi TV stars for autograph signings, dress up in costume, experience the latest in gaming & audio visual technology, and generally lose themselves in a luminous world of fun and fantasy.
Panasonic, who were a sponsor of the event, also showcased some visually stunning gaming content on two of their 50″ 3D Plasma Televisions, the TH-P50GT30Z and TH-P50VT30Z. Both of these sets are perfect for gaming due to low their refresh rates, natural colour pallette and deep contrast levels.
In the video below, roaming reporter Emily Travers spent a day at the Expo talking costumes, cartoons and ice cream.
